Draft Picks

The Draft Picks will have a minimum salary cost for the first 10 rounds and it will go like this

1st round 15mil
2nd round 12mil
3rd round 10mil
4th round 9mil
5th round 8mil
6th round 7mil
7th round 6mil
8th round 5mil
9th round 4mil
10th round 3mil

Round 11-20 will be signed according to the minimums

so after the first 10 rounds on average you will have 51mil to sign the other 10 players you draft and the max of 5 players you can sign in Free Agency to make your total of 25 players.

Next,

Teams will have 12 hours to make a pick or the player with the highest O-rank that is available will be chosen for that team. Really since were getting such a late start picks will be needed ASAP. If a team misses 3 or more picks then we will find a replacement owner.
